• We accept M-Pesa, cash, and bank transfers. Credit/debit card payments may be available through our website.
• For customized or made-to-order products, full payment may be required upfront.

3. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order with prior notice to the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Kenya using trusted couriers and riders.
• Delivery costs and timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
• Delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, or extreme weather are beyond our control, but we’ll always help track and resolve issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders.
• Returns are only accepted within the specified timelines, and products must be in their original condition.
• Customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
